My condolences to Ann and the family. Ken was my first principal at Our Lady Immaculate School in Strathroy Ontario. I was a recent teacher graduate from UWO. A new special education class was being opened up at OLI. Ken offered me the position as teacher to this new class. He had faith in my ability to teach these 12 children. I held the position for 5 years. Ken was always supportive and most of all believed in my teaching ability. Thank you Ken.

Dear Ann and family. When I first joined the LDCSB, Ken served as principal in one of my schools and you were one my colleagues in another. I have fond memories of both of you, and Ken as a kind, caring and supportive professional who cared deeply about the well being of his entire school community and one who served with passion and integrity. May the memories of a life well lived and a man well loved bring you peace and comfort during this time of sadness and loss. My deepest condolences, Karen Murray

We will fondly remember Ken, at his best, when he was with his family. As a great listener, he thoroughly enjoyed all the stories he heard from the kids especially - they were AWESOME In his eyes! He was really good at making them feel special, and that will always make us smile :) The Posavacs

Another bright light has dimmed. Ken was such a personable and happy man. Always ready with a smile whether he was having a good golf game or not. And you Anne, the right hand caregiver over the past several years. Kudos to you.
May you and your family remember all of the years of being part of Ken’s life and the experiences shared with him.
Your many friends are thinking of you at this time.

Dear Ann - Larry and I were saddened to hear of Ken’s passing. We so enjoyed meeting you in the hallways of Westmount Gardens and stopping for a chat. Your grandson filled an important role as well. He was patient and kind and obviously cared deeply for his Grandpa. As much as Ken was a loved and respected man, he was also fortunate to be married to you. It has been a long and challenging journey and you gracefully learned to “dance in the rain”. As you grieve his loss, we hope peace will be yours as well.

My condolences to the family.
Ken was our first principal at Blessed Kateri now Saint Kateri. As a parent I had the opportunity to work with him through school council. He was instrumental in creating a wonderfull school experience for our school community. He was so supportive of the students. I think he tried to attend any event that Kateri students were at - cheering proudly from the sidelines.
We were very fortunate to have Ken as part of our lives for those few years. He was one of a kind.

Very sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. I spent many years in the school board with Ken as a trusted colleague and enjoyed the trail he blazed for me at several schools. Ken had a great sense of humour and really enjoyed a good laugh over a few beers. He made a positive difference in the lives of many…our deepest sympathy to the entire family and to the broader community of colleagues in the London area.
