Hugh Alexander McIntosh, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at McGarrell Place on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Loving husband of 45 years of Ann (nee Frank) McIntosh.  Proud father of Alex McIntosh (Emily), Andrew McIntosh (Christel), Heather McIntosh (Darragh Dixon), and Ian McIntosh (Michelle). Adored grandfather of Ophelia, Fergus, Fionnuala, Eleanor, Kathleen, Henry and Mary.  Predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Elizabeth McIntosh. Dear brother of Elizabeth Crellin, twin brother Ross McIntosh, David McIntosh (Mary Lynn) and Heather Kelly (David).  Hugh will be fondly remembered by the Frank family and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be profoundly missed, yet the strength of his spirit will live on in everyone whose life he touched.

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, November 18 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Wednesday, November 19 at 1:30 pm Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society London Middlesex would be appreciated.
