Obituary of Paula Ann Tremblay
Paula Ann Tremblay, October 4, 1976-August 1, 2025
On August the first 2025, at the age of 48 years, we lost our precious daughter, sister, mother, and partner. Paula Tremblay is now resting in the embrace of our God, where there is no pain or suffering .
She was born on October 4th 1976 to Lisa and adopted by Mike and Sue, a younger sister for her brother Andrew. Throughout life she faced many health challenges and was often seen as a survivor. She brought into this world five amazing children who she loved dearly, Michael, Matthew, Jordana, Maura, and Autumn. They all remain a gift to those of us who have loved her. Her partner of seven years, Dennis Graham revealed to us all “what love looks likes”. He dedicated his life to Paula’s comfort and support during her many and varied illnesses always by her side . Many thanks to the wonderful dialysis team at University Hospital. They had become her extended family.
