Obituary of Mary A. Metcalfe

It is with sad hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Mary (Maria Antonia) on Sunday, July 6, 2025 in her 95th year.  Beloved wife of John Metcalfe (2006). Loving mother of Joan (Jeff), Michael (Katherine) and Angela. Dear Nana of Chad (Kelsea), Tanya, Alexander and 3 great-grandchildren.  Lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters Theresa, Jean, Joe and Tony and her many nieces and nephews.

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30pm followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Michael’s Parish, 511 Cheapside Street at 1:00pm. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery.  Donations in memory of Mary to Dementia c/o Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
