Obituary of Michael Angelo Boffa

BOFFA, Michael

Passed away at Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at the age of 70. Survived by his mother Florence Boffa, sister Madalina Boffa-Salmon, brothers Frank Boffa and Dean Boffa and nephews Tyler Salmon and Jordan Salmon.  Predeceased by his father Angelo Boffa, grandparents Laura and Antonio Altomonte and Carolina and Michele Boffa.

Mike will be remembered for his generosity, big smile and yearly Superbowl parties. In his younger soccer days, he made a name for himself as a legendary and prolific goal scorer winning the league scoring title three times. He lived most of his life battling medical issues, yet he always looked forward to the next exciting day or event with enthusiasm and hope.

Visitors will be received at Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, London on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Prayers at 3:00 pm,  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle Street, London on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
