Obituary of Mary Ann Ecker

Ecker, Mary Ann (nee Howard)

1947 – 2021

On the morning of Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Victoria Campus, LHSC, with her loving husband, Roger Ecker, and her dear niece, Cara Howard, at her side, Mary Ann (Howard) Ecker passed away peacefully. She is predeceased by her parents Jack and Pauline Howard and her brother Paul and his wife Ruth. She will be dearly missed by Roger; her sisters Donna (Ron) Anglestad and Jacqueline Howard; her nieces Cara Howard and Jennifer (Gord) Rode; her nephew Michael (Rina) Anglestad; and her great nieces and nephews Jordan (Kalli) and Josh (Lindsay) Howard; Mathew (Rachel) and Victoria Rode; Alice Anglestad; and the newest love of her life, her great-great niece, Lennon Mae Howard. Mary Ann loved her cousins of whom she had dozens. She also had made many friends over the years who will miss her fun loving ways especially during trailer season and on Wednesday Wine Nights. As per Mary Ann’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to John T. Donohue Funeral Home.
