Suzy was such an amazing person. I have always known Suzy but got to know her so much more working with her during COVID and our continued friendship afterwards. She was so supportive of me during a difficult health issue with my husband. She was always checking in to see how I was doing and offering her support. I had the pleasure of working closely with Suzy during the pandemic. I remember her as a generous, positive, kind person with the most beautiful smile. Suzie helped to make those difficult years bearable. I will never forget the Christmas Eve during the first year of Covid that she and Tracey arrived at my doorstep wearing Santa hats and presented me with a tree ornament with my name on it. We used to have great talks during those 2 years and I learned just how much she loved and was so proud of her family. We lost touch after I retired but I have often thought about her with a smile. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.

I met and worked with Suzy for two years at the Covid vaccination clinics. During those difficult years Suzy always proved to be knowledgeable, supportive and approachable as a supervisor and a sweet, kind and relatable person whom everybody liked. She was always there for anyone who needed it. I can't even begin to write a tribute for Suzy, as there aren't enough words to express all that she was, although nobody deserves it more. It’s very hard to process this in a rational way. Suzy literally touched and transformed many, many lives and was certainly taken from all of us way too soon. A deafening silence echoes in my thoughts as I think about her. I loved her dearly and I will miss her very, very much.

I feel so honoured to have known Suzy for 20 plus years. It's still hard to believe she’s gone. I loved listening to the stories she shared about her family whom she was so passionate about. Suzy always shone a bright light to those she met and interacted with. She truly is an example to live your life well, and love others. She didn't try to live someone else's journey - she lived her life passionately and she lived it well. Suzy was one of those people in my life that always made me laugh and sometimes cry. She had a great outlook on life. I’m happy that I got to see and speak to her a couple of days before her passing.
