Obituary of Anna Dorothy Gross

Gross, Anna (nee Birmingham) Peacefully, at Country Terrace Nursing Home, Komoka on Thursday, September 22, 2016, Anna Dorothy Gross in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Roy John Gross C.D., (2011), and loving mother of MaryAnne, Irene, and Carol (Rev.). Dear grandmother of Dan (Merinda), Donald (Tara), Russell (Marika), Christopher (Carolyn), and Brigitte (Sylvain). Dear great grandmother of Cody (Britney), Anthony (Kayla), Austin, Trinity, Nathaniel, Nakita, Jamieson, Cameron, Zadok Roy, and Julien, and great great grandmother of Miley, Ava and Alex. Survived by her sister in law Dorothy Chelsey. Predeceased by her brothers Justin, Arnold and Joseph and by her sisters Teresa and Mary. Anna will be fondly remembered by her long time friend Margaret. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff of Country Terrace Nursing Home for their exceptional care of our mother. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 o'clock. Prayers Monday afternoon at 3:45 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Justin's Church, 855 Jalna Boulevard, on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock.
