Obituary of Donald Edward Balyk

Donald Edward Balyk June 9, 1937-June 3, 2016 Peacefully, on June 3, 2016, at the age of 78, Don passed away after a hard fought battle with his illnesses. He is survived by his daughter Susan Batsford and her spouse Todd Bishop, his son Scott and wife Karen, grandchildren Alley and Justin Bishop and Wesley Balyk. He is now together again with his wife, Marylin (nee McIntosh), who predeceased him in 1985. Don was fortunate to have formed so many lifelong bonds with great friends from his neighbourhood. At his request, Don will be cremated. Visitation will be held at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St., London, Ont. on Thursday June 9, 6-8 p.m. Friends are welcome to join in one last celebration at the family home, 4 Fitzroy Place, London, on Friday June 10, 5-10 p.m.
