Whiston, Iris Anne (nee Manson) Peacefully at home on Sunday, April 24, 2016, Iris Anne Whiston at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Herbert G. Whiston for 55 years. Loving mother of Mark, Jeremy and Fiona Whiston and Katie Slabon and her husband Chris. Dear mother-in-law of Frances. Cherished grammie of Brian (Karen), Caroline (Naveen), Emily, Hillary, Claire (Cameron), Sarah, Julia, David and Maggie. Great grandmother of Kincaid and Charlie. Survived by her brother Bill (Marie) Mason and brother-in-law of Colin Campbell. Iris will be fondly remembered by many relatives in the U.K. and Australia. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Francis - St. Martin Church, 46 Cathcart Street, on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Cremation has taken place. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Donations to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (J.D.R.F.) would be appreciated.
